HOW IT IS MADE
Made to Retain the Character of the Fruit
The blueberries are cold pressed, with the pulp retained in the finished juice. The process is designed to preserve the characteristic fruit body rather than turn the product into a clarified, uniform juice. The result is a naturally substantial berry juice in which the fruit remains visibly present.
The juice is produced without enzyme-assisted or heat extraction. Only ripe berries are harvested; unripe berries, stems and leaves are removed before pressing.
